Qobuz on WiiM
Sign in through WiiM Home or use Connect, then check output and playback-quality settings.
Add Qobuz in WiiM Home
- 1
Update WiiM Home and the WiiM device firmware, then select the intended WiiM room or device.
- 2
Open Browse or the music-services area, choose Qobuz, and start authorization.
- 3
Use the exact Qobuz email and password shown in your AudiophileStream dashboard, finish authorization, and return to WiiM Home.
- 4
Open Qobuz inside WiiM Home and play a track. The standalone Qobuz app is not required for this direct-integration route.
Choose the playback method
- 1
Use Qobuz inside WiiM Home when you want one app to manage the streamer and music service.
- 2
Alternatively, use Qobuz Connect from the official app when your exact WiiM model and firmware support it. Both devices must be on the same network.
Check audio output
- 1
Choose the output actually connected to your system and run WiiM's output-resolution test before selecting a high sample rate.
- 2
Set Qobuz streaming quality to the lossless or Hi-Res option suitable for your connection.
- 3
For a digital connection to a compatible external DAC, review WiiM's bit-perfect guide. Fixed volume and 100% output are appropriate only when volume is safely controlled downstream.
- 4
For analog output or when WiiM controls listening volume, keep variable volume enabled.
If authorization gets stuck
- 1
On Android, if login returns to localhost or a blank page, turn off Desktop site in the browser and try again.
- 2
Set Chrome as the temporary default browser if another browser does not return authorization to WiiM Home.
- 3
Clear the failed service login, restart WiiM Home, and authorize again with VPN disabled on the controller phone.
