AudiophileStream is an independent audiophile community and access/setup assistance service. We are not affiliated with or officially partnered with TIDAL or Qobuz.
TIDAL and Qobuz remain independent third-party streaming platforms. Their apps, catalogues, features, availability, and operation are outside AudiophileStream's control.
What we help with
AudiophileStream helps customers get started with their selected service, prepares the required access and login details, provides setup guidance, and assists with login questions and renewals.
After payment is verified and preparation is complete, the relevant login details and order status are available from the customer dashboard.
How the online flow works
Customers choose a service and duration, verify their WhatsApp number, provide the required details, complete payment using the displayed destination, and upload payment proof. Staff verifies payment before preparation begins.
The dashboard is the normal place to follow an order, find managed login details, view validity, and renew. WhatsApp remains available when human assistance is needed.
Third-party changes
Streaming-service availability, features, pricing, device compatibility, and account behavior can change independently. AudiophileStream cannot promise that a third-party service or feature will remain unchanged permanently.
