TIDAL on iPhone or iPad

Install using the App Store region route, or use Amarra Play as an Indian App Store alternative.

Try the direct App Store route first

Open the TIDAL App Store link. If Apple offers Install, install it and continue to the sign-in section below.

If the app is unavailable in your current region, decide between changing the App Store account region and using Amarra Play.

Apple may prevent a region change until account conditions are cleared.

Read Apple's country or region guide first. You may need to spend the remaining Apple Account balance, wait for pending transactions, leave Family Sharing, and cancel subscriptions that block the change until their current period ends.

Open Settings, tap your name, then Media & Purchases, View Account, Country/Region, and Change Country or Region.

Choose United States and complete the billing details Apple requests. A valid payment method or billing address may be required.

Install TIDAL. You may then change the region back to India, subject to the same Apple requirements.

A future TIDAL update may require the app to be available to the App Store account or region in use at that time.

Install Amarra Play from the Indian App Store without changing region.

Purchase the TIDAL streaming integration inside Amarra Play. The app download is free, but service access is a paid in-app feature.

Open Amarra Play, add TIDAL, and sign in with the credentials from your AudiophileStream dashboard.

Open your AudiophileStream dashboard and reveal the TIDAL login only when you are ready to use it.

Open TIDAL, choose Log in rather than Sign up, and enter the email and password exactly as shown. Check that password autofill has not substituted a personal account.

Play one track, then review the streaming-quality settings for Wi-Fi and mobile data before downloading music or connecting your Hi-Fi system.
