Streamers and Hi-Fi
TIDAL on Receiver or streamer app
Use BluOS, HEOS, or another supported manufacturer app without installing the provider app separately.
Use the manufacturer's direct integration
If the receiver or streamer app includes TIDAL, sign in there directly. The standalone TIDAL or Amarra Play app is not required for this route.
- 1
Update the receiver or streamer firmware and its controller app, then connect the controller and audio device to the same network.
- 2
Open Music services, Sources, Browse, or the equivalent menu and choose TIDAL.
- 3
Sign in with the TIDAL credentials from your AudiophileStream dashboard and complete any browser authorization.
- 4
Return to the manufacturer app, open TIDAL, and play a track. Review its service-quality setting if one is provided.
BluOS
- 1
On mobile, open BluOS Controller, select the Music tab, then Manage under Music Services. On Windows or Mac, use Music Services, then Manage in the navigation drawer.
- 2
Choose TIDAL, enter the account details, and finish authorization. TIDAL should then appear in Music Services.
HEOS
- 1
Sign in to a HEOS account first; HEOS requires it before new music services can be added.
- 2
In HEOS, open Home or the music-services area, add TIDAL, and complete the provider sign-in.
- 3
Some HEOS Built-in models also support TIDAL Connect. Check the exact model and firmware before relying on Connect.
Other receiver and streamer apps
- 1
Look for TIDAL under Music Services or Sources in the manufacturer's app and check the device's current support list.
- 2
If TIDAL is absent, update firmware and verify regional availability. AirPlay, Chromecast, Bluetooth, or TIDAL Connect may be alternatives when supported.
- 3
Enter the service password only in the official TIDAL authorization page or the manufacturer's official app.
