TIDAL on NAD with BluOS

Select your BluOS-enabled NAD device and add the service through BluOS Controller.

Add TIDAL to NAD device

The phone or computer and NAD device must be on the same home network. Update BluOS and the player before signing in.

Select your NAD player
Open BluOS Controller, open My Players, and choose the NAD receiver, amplifier, or streamer you want to hear.
Open the NAD downloads page

Open Music Services in BluOS
With the NAD device selected, tap Music. Under Music Services, tap Manage.

On a phone, tap Music at the bottom and Manage beside Music Services.Screenshot: Bluesound Support

Choose TIDAL and sign in
Tap TIDAL in the services list, then enter the TIDAL email and password from your AudiophileStream dashboard. When sign-in finishes, TIDAL appears under Music Services; open it and play a track.

Confirm that the NAD device and controller are on the same router and that the player appears in the Players tab.

If TIDAL is absent, update BluOS Controller and the player firmware, then reopen Manage under Music Services.

If sign-in fails, remove the incomplete service login, turn off VPN on the controller, and enter the credentials again.
